Perry Computer Service is owned and operated by Aron and Delana Chafin. We were married in 1987, we have 7 children and 17 grandchildren so you can trust that we aren't going anywhere. Family owned and family operated means every transaction that we conduct has to meet our personal quality standards.

Aron began his trek down computer repair lane in the late 1960's. Working for the Department of the Navy, Aron started with languages such as cobol, fortran and gw-basic. These were in widespread use at the time for accounting, systems testing (ATE) and logic controllers. The public was just starting to get a taste of Radio Shacks TRS-80 and the popular Commodore 64. Code was delivered through cassette tapes and written in basic before the invention of the almighty floppy disk (which was was 8" in diameter). Aron has stayed in the computer repair world ever since. That's over 40 years of experience at your disposal.

Delana's path has been a little different than Aron's but that's the dance of perfection. Delana worked for Toyota for over 17 years as a Service Writer, Parts Sales Person, Customer Service liaison and in Management. Here she acquired and developed her amazing customer service skills. She learned that fair pricing, honest communication and timely follow up was the foundation of solid customer service. When we tell you that we have the best customer service in the region, we mean it.

We specialize in home and small business support and repair services. Our primary areas of expertise are repair ,installation, maintenance, sales, WIFI setup, network security and troubleshooting of problems related to computers, networks, systems, software or hardware. That's pretty general, so let us tell you what we don't do: We do not repair the small inexpensive printers, cell phones, or handheld devices (ipods, mp3, etc).
