Online support: We can help you in real-time or we can take care of you after hours with no interruption to your business. Even though many routine tasks can be handled online we still have to come to you occasionally for the physical repairs, cleanings and cabling checks.
On-site support: We are happy to perform all support, repair and maintenance services at your location. We pick up and deliver, so call us if you are busy.
Either support plan requires an initial on-site visit to document hardware, software, peripheral devices, setup needs and site logistics.
