Email that you retrieve from a site like yahoo or gmail is an Online service; These will appear for example as jane@yahoo.com. PCS usually doesn't setup online email accounts. They are very simple and you probably know someone who can help you.
Email when you own a website and want to go through your hosting company is called web mail; These would appear for example as john@askpcs.com. We can set up these accounts for you.
When you have multiple emails or you want the additional benefits of an Email Client then we can set that up for you as well. Most email clients have additional features such as appointment reminders, schedulers and calendars.
